Cohabitation, or living in sin, is beneficial for women more so than men. A study of people born between 1980 and 1984 gathered data on the living situation of these kids from 2000-2010. Of those women in relationships living with their partner, the emotional perk and the alleviating of distress was significant. For men in this generation, the experience was lackluster. This doesn’t discount the joy she feels when they get married. She gets excited for that, too. His emotional apex is reached when the living arrangement is substantiated with marriage. Apparently every man has a little Missouri in him. You have to “show me”.
