By mansplaining, he deductively reasoned why sophisticated women are seeking men who are stable, confident, and trustworthy. It sounds like women take to men who don’t wear a machismo cape. For example, these are disarming, comfortable but not cocky men, who are secure in their convictions with life. The ‘dad bod’ is not a physical thing. It’s a mindset.
